Global Procurement Expert (m/f/d)
Key role in conceptual design of global procurement/supply-chain processes from an operational and strategic perspective and its implementation with the procurement locations worldwide
Analysis of procurement related data and deriving strategies on how to take advantage of it
Definition, standardization, documentation and roll-out of global procurement processes & tools
Take lead role in defining Talent management process (assessment & future state); Training of (procurement) associates in processes & tools to enable them to effectively take advantage of it
Driving change and continuous improvement across our global Supply Change organizations
Professionalization and further development of reporting and process templates to support existing and future business models in collaboration with Business Process Engineering and Enterprise Architecture
Bachelors or Master degree in Business Administration or Engineering and 5+ years working experience in strategic Procurement/Supply Chain
Strong experience in Commodity Management and all related elements
Firm grasp of stakeholder management, problem-solving, and results orientation.
Work independently in a highly matrixed global structure and have excellent listening, written, and verbal communication.
Strong analytics capabilities
Teamwork - must be able to lead several CROSS-BUSINESS SME/project teams in getting their respective jobs done.
Sound expertise of procurement related processes and tools including digitalization of it.
