Execute and ensure the supply chain strategy for planning the execution horizon in compliance with the S&OE process
Lead the hiring, training and monitoring, as well as the mentoring and performance evaluation of procurement planners and call-off functions
Focus on the supply chain process to promote customer service
Identify potential projects to standardize and implement best practices for procurement planning processes, people and tools
Ensure continuous improvement projects are successfully implemented across the procurement planning organization
Encourage the team to independently identify root causes of disruptions to improve customer service
Ensure that the execution planning team supports the agreed service levels of stakeholders across the supply chain

Ihr Profil

Degree in supply chain management or 5+ years of experience in a global business environment in a supply chain role
3+ years in a leadership position
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
Business fluent in German and English (written and verbal)
Good system knowledge of SAP APO (SNP, PPDS)
Experience in building system capabilities, measuring performance and developing planning organizations
Ability to drive cross-functional change management
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Willing to travel approx. 10-20 %
