Managing Director - Packaging (m/f/x)
To manage and develop German branch with a full scope on operations, innovation, manufacturing and sales and finance.
To implement a global strategy with a local action plan for business strategies and people development
To drive both sales and profitability Ensure that appropriate resources are in place to support business development.
To drive the P&L
To promote the development of operations excellence and profit targets locally according to the group's good practices and standards
To work closely with the group to identify and make necessary innovation investment proposals
To support the group to implement locally post potential M&A transactions
To implement an ambitious Talent Management strategy, identify and develop key talents in the team at each level of the organization
To develop, promote and offer innovative ideas and compelling vision of logistic solutions
5 years management and leadership experience with a significant track record in revenue growth generation
University degree (minimum Bachelor), preferably in Industrial Engineering and Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or equivalent experience.
German & English: written and oral fluency is a must.

Market Knowledge and Strategic Orientation: The candidate will rapidly understand various potential markets and supply chain challenges. He/she has demonstrated the ability to elaborate creative and innovative business strategies as well as implementing them.
